Apartment access is via a key access card, provided in your arrival envelope. In the interest of security, please do not open the door to any persons unknown to yourself.
Parking:
We offer carpark spaces in the Wilson Carpark at 151 Willis Street, that can be arranged through Customer Service. Please visit reception at our sister property, Astelia Apartment Hotel – 156 Willis Street. A permit provided by reception must remain on the vehicle dashboard while using the carpark. There is a 1.95M height restriction and nightly parking fees apply.
