Access
Building and apartment access is via a key access card, provided in your arrival envelope. Simply wave your card over the reader located to the right of the front entrance. The same key card will give you access to your apartment. In the interest of security, please do not open the door to any persons unknown to yourself.
Parking
We do not have carparking onsite; however, there is plenty of public carparking in the area. We recommend Te Papa Car Park – 55 Cable Street, Te Aro. Please contact Customer Service if you require any further assistance.
Check out Procedure
Checkout is 10:00am, unless otherwise arranged. Please leave your hotel in keys in your room. If you’d like to store your luggage, please contact Customer Service on 0800 50 80 25 for further information.
